With a real love and passion for simple rustic forms, Richard has a distinct style for his wood-fired pottery. From simple beakers to large teapots, vases and jugs, the natural colour palette of his work reflects the beauty of contrasting glaze to natural clay.
Richard has been wood-firing with Bill for many years and is often part of the late night stoking team – with the vital job of coaxing the kiln to hit temperature.
